How is word count calculated?
Our system counts the words in your uploaded .docx file, including in-text citations. Nothing is excluded automatically — instead, any text you highlight in yellow is excluded from both the word count and the price. Use this for your reference list, raw data tables, or any section that does not require editing. The final count and the excluded total are displayed on screen before you proceed to payment.
Can I pay with an institutional purchase order?
Yes. We issue formal quotation documents for institutional approval, and a VAT invoice is generated automatically once payment is complete. If your institution requires a purchase order or a specific billing arrangement, contact us before placing the order.
Is my manuscript kept confidential?
